Well I found this very helpful for sure. I hate squats but I believe I can do these and not have to do a lot of reps but do about 3 sets of about 10 or so each so that is doable for me. Thank you Dr Cindy!
ReplyDeleteThat's great sis! I thought this might help, and yes you don't have to do many of them to gain great benefit. When I was training as a bodybuilder my heaviest squat was 310lbs.
