THIS WEEK WE ARE STARTING OUT WITH "VISUALIZATION" I WANT YOU TO PRACTICE THIS ALL WEEK LONG. THE MORE YOU DO IT THE BETTER YOU WILL BECOME.
BEGIN BY FINDING A QUIET PLACE TO BE ALONE. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND BREATH DEEP. BE SURE TO BREATH SLOW AND EVEN, COUNT TO YOURSELF, MAYBY 5 ON THE IN-BREATH, AND 5 ON THE OUT-BREATH. KEEP IT STEADY. "SEE" YOURSELF IN A PLACE EITHER REAL OR NOT, THAT YOU FEEL TOTALLY AT PEACE. COMPLETLY BE IN THAT PLACE. HOLD THE IMAGE FOR ABOUT 3 MIN. IN THE BEGINING IT MAY BE MORE DIFFICULT, THAT'S OK IT'S TO BE EXPECTED. FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE. SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!!
